1. Keep ditches cut and drainage culverts clear.

2. When walking your dog, please pick up if they mess on neighbor's lawns.

3. Trash cans must remain out of sight (behind fence or in garage) on non trash pick up days.

4. All trailers, boats and RVs must be behind a 6 foot fence...not in driveways

5. Always review the deeds/covenants for any others.

Failure to follow the deeds/covenants could result in written warnings/Fines.
